Introduction to Prolivon Fibre   
　

Prolivon fiber is a kind of polyester fibre with hollow structure developed by   Shanghai Lianji Synthetic Fibre Co., Ltd. independently after adopting overseas advanced technology.  Oriented by international highly sophisticated products of its kind, Prolivon boasts itself as a new warm product. Prolivon is a kind of  fine denier , single-hole, and high hollow degree fibre with  the filament number of 1.67dtex. Its appearance will provide the domestic warm fabric with a new type of raw material.

Introduction to Polyester Super Short Fibre

    Main application of polyester super short fibre is for wet-laid paper making industry, covering a wide range from the ordinary paper to advanced and special ones. Being applied to paper making,  polyester super short fibre can improve paper performance and extend its application. Besides, being used to produce recycled paper, polyester super short fibre can enhance its intensity and benefits to forest protection and even environment  protection.

    Polyester super short fibre is also considerably employed to high-level expressway, not only  improving high thermal stability at high temperatures , hydro phobicity, fatigue durablilty on the  bituminous road surface remarkably, but also featuring the function of anti cracking at low temperatures and reflection crack prevention, thereby prolonging the service life of expressway and reducing the rountine maintenance cost.

Introduction to Polyester Chip
　

  The technical plant was imported  were introduced from Zimmer AG, Germany in the 1990s. It adopts the process of direct esterification and continuous polycondendation from PTA and MEG. Our products are notable for the excellent spinnability and dyeing ability and can be used for spinning various filaments such as POY, FDY and DTY, including fine denier yarns.

    The quality management systems of our polyester production have been assessed by SGS, a famous international certification service company, and registered as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001 in April 1998.

Introduction to Staple Fibre    

     The technical plant was introduced from Zimmer AG, Germany  in the middle 1990s. It adopts the direct spinning process. The product has stable quality, high tenacity, excellent spinnablity and dyeing ability.

    The quality management systems of staple fibre production have been assessed by SGS, a famous international certification service company, and registered as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001 in June 2000, two years later after putting into operation.

     Examined and approved by the State Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau, the reference material for polyester staple fibre (1.5 dtex X 38 mm) prepared by our company has been listed in national standard samples of P.R.China.
