The 6th board meeting of the 4th Board of Directors of Shanghai Lianji Synthetic Fibre Co.,Ltd. (Lianji Compnay hereafter) was held in Horizon Resort, Sanya, Hainan, on December 1, 2006. Presiding at the meeting, Chairman of the BoD Mr. Cheng Jianguo expressed his gratitude to the directors from Zimmer AG and Shanghai International Shanghai Growth Investment Limited for taking time from their busy schedules to attend the meeting. Besides, BoD Chairman Mr. Cheng Jianguo appreciated the two parties for their support for Lianji management change two months ago. General Manager Mr. Xie Yujiang and Finance Director Mr. Qiu Jianhua from Lianji company delivered "Work Report for 2005" and "Report on the Budget for the Year of 2007" to the Board of Directors respectively.
